These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms", "these Terms", or "the Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "you", "your") and q7i9 (hereinafter referred to as "q7i9", "the Company", "we", "us", or "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at https://q7i9.net (the "Platform").

By completing the registration process, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using the Platform in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. To register for and use a q7i9 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. q7i9 enforces a strict 21+ age restriction and does not permit access to individuals below this age threshold under any circumstances.
• You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be acting on behalf of any other person, organisation, or entity when registering or operating your account.
• You must not have been previously self-excluded from the q7i9 Platform or had an account closed due to a breach of these Terms.

Each user may register and maintain only one (1) active account on the q7i9 Platform. The registration of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. q7i9 uses automated and manual detection methods to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts may be suspended, all pending withdrawals voided, and all bonus winnings forfeited without prior notice.

You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update your account details promptly if any information changes. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your q7i9 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

All transactions, bets, and instructions submitted from your account will be deemed to have been authorised by you. q7i9 will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to keep your account credentials secure.

You must notify q7i9 support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. q7i9 will take reasonable steps to investigate such reports and may temporarily suspend the account pending investigation. You agree to cooperate fully with any investigation undertaken by q7i9 in connection with suspected unauthorised account access.

q7i9 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: Bitcoin (BTC), USDT (TRC-20 and ERC-20), JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, and Meezan Bank transfer. Supported payment methods are subject to change and may vary by region. Always verify available methods within your account dashboard before initiating a deposit.

All funds deposited into your q7i9 account must originate from a payment source that is legally owned and operated by you. q7i9 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources, including accounts held in another person's name. Deposits from payment methods that cannot be verified as belonging to the registered account holder may be refused and returned.

• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of deposit.
• Cryptocurrency deposits are processed upon receipt of the required network confirmations. q7i9 is not responsible for delays caused by blockchain network congestion.
• q7i9 does not charge deposit fees, but your payment provider or network may apply transaction fees that are outside q7i9's control.
• Deposited funds are held in a segregated account and are not used for operational purposes by q7i9.

All deposit amounts are converted to the account currency at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. q7i9 is not liable for exchange rate fluctuations between the time of deposit and the time of withdrawal.

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by fully verified q7i9 account holders. Accounts that have not completed KYC verification will have withdrawal functionality restricted until verification is complete.

Withdrawals must be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. q7i9 reserves the right to require additional verification before processing withdrawals to a new or different payment method.

• USDT (TRC-20) withdrawals are typically processed within 30 minutes of approval during standard operating hours.
• JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed within 2 hours of approval.
• Bank transfer withdrawals (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank) may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule.
• Bitcoin withdrawals are subject to network confirmation times outside q7i9's control.

q7i9 reserves the right to withhold or delay withdrawal processing where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms. In such cases, the affected user will be notified and given an opportunity to provide clarifying documentation.

q7i9 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional rewards to new and existing users from time to time. All such offers are subject to specific terms communicated at the time of the promotion in addition to the general conditions set out in this section.

• Bonuses are available only to users who have not previously self-excluded from the Platform.
• Each user is entitled to claim each promotion only once unless the offer explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. They must first be converted to real money through the satisfaction of the stated wagering requirements.
• Wagering requirements, minimum odds thresholds, eligible games, and expiry dates are communicated with each individual offer. Users are responsible for reading and understanding these conditions before accepting a bonus.
• q7i9 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time prior to the offer being claimed by a user.
• Where q7i9 has reasonable grounds to believe that a user is engaging in bonus abuse — including but not limited to exploiting promotions through coordinated betting, use of multiple accounts, or systematic low-risk wagering strategies — q7i9 may void the bonus and any associated winnings and may close the relevant account.

All casino games available on the q7i9 Platform are operated using independently audited random number generators (RNGs). The return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is published within the game information panel. Game results are final once the game round has concluded.

All sports betting markets on q7i9 are governed by specific sport and market rules that are published in the Sportsbook Rules section of the Platform. In the event of a dispute regarding a sports bet outcome, the version of the rules in force at the time the bet was placed shall apply.

• Bets placed after an event or game has concluded — regardless of whether the result was publicly known — will be voided.
• q7i9 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were clearly erroneous due to a technical or human error.
• Live betting markets may be suspended or withdrawn at any time without prior notice.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and markets and are displayed at the point of wagering.

q7i9 strives to maintain fair and accurate odds across all markets, including PSL cricket, international cricket, UFC, football, and kabaddi. Where market data errors are identified post-settlement, q7i9 reserves the right to re-settle affected bets in accordance with the correct result.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the q7i9 Platform. Engaging in any of the following constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Registering or using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Registering or maintaining more than one account on the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal or fraudulent activities, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or theft.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other technical tools to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for regular human users.
• Colluding with other users to manipulate the outcome of games or to defraud q7i9 or other players.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain without reporting them to q7i9 support immediately upon discovery.
• Engaging in systematic bonus abuse or arbitrage strategies designed to circumvent the intent of promotional offers.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by local law.
• Engaging in any conduct that harasses, abuses, or threatens q7i9 staff or other users of the Platform.

q7i9 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and to protecting users who may be at risk of developing gambling-related problems. The Platform provides a suite of tools designed to help users manage their gambling activity responsibly.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all q7i9 account holders at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account dashboard. Changes to deposit limits take effect immediately when reducing a limit, and after a 24-hour cooling-off period when increasing a limit.

q7i9 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Where a user has breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Where a user has registered multiple accounts on the Platform.
• Where a user has failed to complete required KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following request.
• Where q7i9 is required to do so by law, court order, or regulatory instruction.
• Where a user requests self-exclusion or voluntary account closure.

In the event of account closure resulting from a breach of these Terms, q7i9 reserves the right to retain any balance in the account pending investigation. Where closure is initiated voluntarily by the user or for reasons unrelated to breach, any remaining real money balance will be refunded to the user's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe following the completion of identity and withdrawal verification.

All content on the q7i9 Platform — including but not limited to the q7i9 brand name, logo, software, game content, graphics, text, data, and user interface design — is the exclusive intellectual property of q7i9 or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform.

Any unauthorised use of q7i9 intellectual property — including reproduction of game content, scraping of odds data, or use of the q7i9 brand without written permission — may constitute trademark or copyright infringement and will be pursued accordingly.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, q7i9 and its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, and licensors shall not be liable to you for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Any loss of funds, winnings, data, or goodwill arising from technical failures, service interruptions, or security incidents outside q7i9's reasonable control.
• Any gambling losses incurred through normal use of the Platform, including losses arising from game outcomes, odds movements, or bet settlement decisions made in accordance with the applicable rules.
• Any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond q7i9's reasonable control, including but not limited to blockchain network failures, payment provider outages, natural disasters, or government actions.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude q7i9's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other matter that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

q7i9's collection, use, storage, and processing of your personal data is governed by the q7i9 Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the data practices described therein.

q7i9 will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Personal data shared with third-party service providers — such as payment processors and KYC verification services — is shared only to the extent necessary to operate the Platform and fulfil regulatory obligations. All third-party data processors are subject to contractual data protection obligations consistent with applicable data protection law.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which q7i9 holds its international gaming authority licence.

In the event of a dispute between you and q7i9, we encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. q7i9 will use reasonable endeavours to resolve any complaint within 10 business days of receipt.

Where an informal resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of the arbitral body designated by q7i9's licensing authority. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.

These Terms and Conditions were last reviewed and updated in January 2026. q7i9 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. The version of these Terms in force at the time of any transaction or event shall govern that transaction or event.
